Delivery

Once payment is made (via credit card) or an order is confirmed to the client, the product delivery will be between 1-5 working days subject to product availability. The address provided in the customer's account will be used as the shipping address for the order. Domtech will not be responsible for any error in the address details entered by the customer. These details will be confirmed over the phone with any additional details required to make a successful delivery.

Payment

You can chose from the following payment methods:

• Credit Card; we accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
• Cash on Delivery; Cash must be made upon delivery by courier, the payment must be the full ammount including any additional charges.

Returns and Refunds

All working goods are non-refundable and non-returnable, purchases are final. In the event that the product is defective, you will need to register a claim within 10 days of delivery. You may need to wait up to 1 month to have the product re-issued or a full refund returned.

Product Availability

We do not guarantee the availabilty of products listed on the website, should a product not be immediately available, you will be notified by email upon submitting your order. You will then be given the option to cancel your order or be told the estimated time to wait for availability. You may chose either option.

Product Descriptions

The products descriptions, specifications and images are taken from the manufacturer of the product. They are not refurbished or opened or have previous use. They are sold brand new.
